Service scope
ChinaLocalAgent can directly coordinate defined local execution tasks, collect practical evidence, communicate with approved contacts, and report progress within a written scope. Work begins only after scope, deliverables, timing assumptions, exclusions, and pricing are confirmed.
Service boundary matrix summary
- Supplier search and procurement coordination: direct coordination allowed; No supplier performance, price lock, payment safety, quality, or commercial result is guaranteed.
- Supplier verification: direct coordination allowed; This is not licensed legal due diligence, credit certification, fraud guarantee, or background investigation.
- Factory and site visits: direct coordination allowed; No covert access, unauthorized investigation, safety certification, or technical audit is provided.
- Quality inspection coordination: direct coordination allowed; Official certification, laboratory testing, and regulated compliance inspection require qualified providers.
- Shipping coordination: direct coordination allowed; Licensed freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transport insurance, and carrier obligations are not provided directly.
- Business support tasks: direct coordination allowed; Legal, tax, accounting, HR, visa, banking, insurance, foreign exchange, and regulated advice require qualified providers.
- Company registration and entity setup: third-party coordination only; No approval, registration outcome, legal advice, tax advice, or government decision is guaranteed.
- Legal, tax, customs, banking, foreign exchange, insurance, immigration, certification, or regulated financial services: not directly provided; ChinaLocalAgent does not directly provide regulated professional advice or regulated financial services.
- Funds custody, payment collection, or payment on behalf of clients: not directly provided; Funds custody, escrow, foreign exchange, and payment services create regulated and fraud-risk exposure.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate request details, permissions, contacts, and supporting documents.
- Confirm authority before asking ChinaLocalAgent to contact third parties or handle documents.
- Review reports and make final commercial decisions independently.
- Avoid submitting unlawful, unsafe, misleading, unauthorized, or restricted requests.
Excluded work
- ChinaLocalAgent does not provide legal advice, tax filing, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, certification, immigration services, banking, insurance, foreign exchange, funds custody, or guaranteed approvals.
- Legal, tax, accounting, customs, freight forwarding, certification, visa, or other licensed advice unless separately handled by qualified providers.
- Guaranteed supplier performance, logistics outcomes, official approvals, or commercial results.
- Covert investigation, unauthorized access, surveillance, or misrepresentation.
- Handling restricted goods or sensitive data without manual review and written acceptance.
Quotes, payment, and changes
Most tasks are quoted case by case. A quotation may separate service fees, travel costs, purchasing costs, shipping, urgent handling, third-party fees, and other direct expenses. Available payment methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay. Material scope changes may require a revised quote before work continues.
Deliverables, timing, third parties, and delays
- Deliverables are limited to the written scope and may include notes, evidence, checklists, logs, issue lists, or summaries.
- Timing estimates depend on client inputs, access, travel, third-party responses, official departments, logistics providers, and local conditions.
- Official bodies, licensed providers, suppliers, carriers, banks, insurers, and other third parties retain final decision-making authority for their own actions.
- Delays caused by missing information, third parties, force majeure, access refusal, or legal constraints are outside direct control.
Confidentiality, intellectual property, cancellation, and refunds
Confidential information should be used only for the agreed task. Deliverables are normally provided for the client's internal review unless another use is agreed in writing. Cancellation, refund, replacement, or follow-up handling depends on the accepted quote, incurred costs, third-party fees, task stage, and reason for the issue.
Liability and governing terms
ChinaLocalAgent does not guarantee visa approval, bank account opening, government decisions, supplier performance, product quality, customs clearance, delivery timing, refunds, or any third-party decision.
