General service scope
What does ChinaLocalAgent do?
ChinaLocalAgent supports defined local tasks in China, including sourcing support, supplier checks, site visits, inspection coordination, shipping follow-up, business support, and local task execution.
Can any task be accepted?
No. Each request is reviewed for legality, feasibility, location, access, privacy, timing, and whether licensed professional support is required.
Can you guarantee supplier or logistics outcomes?
No. The service can document execution and evidence, but third-party behavior, delivery timing, commercial results, and official decisions are outside its control.
Process and communication
What should I send with my first request?
Send the task objective, target location, deadline, service needed, supplier or third-party contacts, background documents, and the evidence you expect to receive.
When does work start?
Work starts only after the scope, deliverables, timing assumptions, exclusions, and quote are confirmed.
How are updates handled?
Update frequency depends on the task. For longer tasks, communication checkpoints should be agreed before work starts.

What evidence can be provided?

Can photos or videos always be taken?

Is there a public price list?
No fixed public price list is published at this stage. Pricing depends on location, complexity, timing, travel, communication workload, and deliverables.
Can urgent requests be handled?
Urgent requests are reviewed case by case. Feasibility depends on location, access, third-party response time, and available execution time.
Boundaries and compliance
Which services are directly provided and which are only coordinated?
ChinaLocalAgent can directly coordinate defined local execution tasks, collect practical evidence, communicate with approved contacts, and report progress within a written scope. Regulated, specialist, or official matters must be handled by qualified third-party providers or official departments. ChinaLocalAgent may coordinate communication and tracking only when authorized. ChinaLocalAgent does not provide legal advice, tax filing, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, certification, immigration services, banking, insurance, foreign exchange, funds custody, or guaranteed approvals.
Do you provide legal, tax, customs, or visa advice?
No. Those services require qualified providers. ChinaLocalAgent can only coordinate practical tasks within a confirmed non-licensed boundary.
Can you handle restricted or sensitive requests?
Sensitive, regulated, restricted, or unclear requests require manual review and may be declined.
Can you act on my behalf?
Only within a clearly authorized, lawful, and written scope. Some actions may require formal authorization or qualified professional support.
