ChinaLocalAgent acts as your local representative in China. You tell us what needs to be handled, where it needs to happen, and what result you expect. Our local team then goes to the location, communicates with the relevant people, handles the agreed tasks, follows up on progress, and reports the results back to you.
ChinaLocalAgent is operated by Beijing Jiadehao Service Company, which was established in 2019 and is headquartered in Beijing.
The company is led by Ella, who has more than ten years of experience in international trade and cross-border business. Her experience helps our team understand the practical difficulties overseas clients face when dealing with Chinese suppliers, factories, logistics companies, institutions, and local service providers.
Our team includes multilingual staff who communicate with clients from different countries and regions. Before starting an assignment, we confirm the task scope, location, expected result, timeline, cost, and reporting method. During execution, we keep the client informed and provide appropriate records such as photographs, videos, written updates, documents, receipts, or checklists.
In addition to our Beijing headquarters, we have regional offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, and Hangzhou. Each office can support assignments in its city and surrounding areas, giving us practical local coverage across many of China's major commercial, manufacturing, logistics, and administrative regions.
Some matters may require a licensed professional, qualified institution, bank, government department, certification body, accountant, or legal professional. In these cases, we can assist with local communication, appointment coordination, document handling, accompaniment, and process follow-up, while the regulated or official work remains the responsibility of the appropriate qualified party.
Typical assignments include:
