Forms, email service, and storage

The quote form now uses server-side validation, basic spam controls, attachment limits, and Resend email delivery when production email variables are configured.
If email variables are not configured, the form can validate the request but clearly states that no email was sent.
Form delivery, communications, hosting, payment, and task execution may involve service providers where needed for the stated purpose.
Production email variables and provider settings are operational configuration and must not be written into public source code.
The site must not log complete personal information unnecessarily.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be shared only as needed to review or perform a confirmed task, communicate with client-authorized suppliers, logistics providers, factories, sites, official departments, or other third parties, operate the website, process payments, deliver communications, keep records, or comply with lawful requirements.

China-side and cross-border processing

China-side local execution may require China-based personnel or authorized third parties to access request details.
ChinaLocalAgent operates in China, and information may be processed in China or another country by providers involved in form delivery, communications, payments, hosting, or task execution.
Transfers are limited to what is needed for the stated purpose and should use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.

Retention

Initial enquiry records are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last communication if no service is agreed.
Service, accounting, and dispute records may be retained for the period required for those purposes or by applicable law.
Documents and attachments should be limited to what is necessary for the request and may be deleted when no longer needed.

Data rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or withdraw consent.
