Your China Assistant provides practical assistance, local coordination, errands, purchasing support, supplier communication, supplier verification support, business visit support, and personal concierge tasks in China. Each task must be scoped and confirmed before work starts.
Most tasks are quoted case by case. A quotation may separate service fee, travel cost, purchasing cost, shipping, urgent handling, third-party fees, and other direct expenses. Available payment methods may include PayPal, bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
For purchasing, the client is responsible for confirming product links, specifications, quantity, target price, delivery address, refund expectations, and acceptable risk. For supplier verification, the service provides practical checks and visual updates, not certified inspection, lab testing, or compliance certification.
Your China Assistant does not guarantee visa approval, bank account opening, government decisions, supplier performance, product quality, customs clearance, delivery timing, refunds, or any third-party decision. Final decisions belong to the relevant authority, bank, supplier, courier, landlord, platform, or other third party.
Requests involving illegal activity, false documents, fake claims, evasion of official requirements, fraud, harassment, or tasks requiring licensed legal, immigration, financial, medical, or certified inspection services may be refused.
The client should provide accurate information, required documents, clear instructions, contact details, deadlines, and payment for approved costs. Delays caused by missing information, third-party availability, office hours, transport, policy changes, or incomplete documents are outside direct control.
