Your information is used to review task feasibility, provide quotations, communicate with you, coordinate local errands, contact suppliers or third parties when requested, arrange purchases or visits, provide updates, keep service records, and respond to follow-up questions.
The contact form is processed by Formspree, which receives the information you submit so the request can be delivered and managed. Please review only the information necessary for an initial enquiry and avoid sending passwords or sensitive documents through the form.
Information may be shared only when needed to complete your requested task, such as with suppliers, couriers, local offices, appointment contacts, property managers, local handlers, payment providers, or logistics providers. Your information is not sold.
Please send only documents and personal details that are necessary for the task. Do not send passwords, unnecessary financial records, or highly sensitive information unless it is required and the handling method has been confirmed.
Service records may be retained for communication, accounting, dispute handling, and follow-up support. Reasonable steps are taken to keep information private, but no online communication method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
