FAQ

Questions to clarify before starting a China task.

These answers explain quote requirements, task boundaries, purchasing support, supplier checks, urgent work, and city coverage.

Can you guarantee visa approval, bank account opening, supplier performance, or official results?

No. Your China Assistant provides practical coordination, errands, communication support, purchasing support, supplier checks, and on-site assistance. Final decisions belong to authorities, banks, landlords, suppliers, platforms, couriers, or other third parties.

How are tasks priced?

Most tasks are quoted case by case based on city, travel distance, urgency, documents, risk level, purchasing amount, shipping, third-party fees, and whether on-site attendance is needed.

Can urgent or same-day tasks be handled?

Sometimes. Urgent work depends on city, schedule, office hours, transport distance, documents, and third-party availability. Urgent handling is quoted separately.

Can you purchase products from Taobao, 1688, JD, or Pinduoduo?

Yes, when the scope and risk are acceptable. Send product links, quantity, options, supplier details, destination, and packaging or quality requirements before payment.

Is supplier verification the same as certified inspection?

No. Supplier verification here means practical checks, communication, photos, videos, visual review, and summaries. Certified inspection, lab testing, and compliance reports should be handled by licensed inspection providers.

Which cities can be served?

Primary cities include Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Nanjing by schedule. Other locations may be supported through coordinated local resources after feasibility review.

What should be sent before asking for a quote?

Send the city, deadline, service category, support mode, task description, links, address, contact person, relevant documents, and expected deliverables.

What tasks are not accepted?

Requests involving illegal activity, false documents, fake claims, evasion of official requirements, harassment, fraud, or tasks requiring licensed legal, immigration, financial, medical, or certified inspection services may be refused.
